Emaarcom Real Estate Development Company announced the launch of Mokattam Downtown, the first business complexes a commercial-administrative-medical complex in El-Hadaba El-Wosta on Mokattam Corniche, with investments exceeding 1.5 billion pounds.
This was delivered by Marwan Younes at a ceremony the company arranged for real estate marketing companies in front of a group of entrepreneurs, journalists, and media experts.
The chairman of Emaarcom Real Estate Development, Mr. Mahmoud Fawzi, stated that the company desires to carry out the project using its extensive expertise in executing residential and commercial projects in Cairo.
He emphasized that the project will be the first mixed-use project overlooking Mokattam Corniche and will contribute to changing the map of commercial projects in the region, including commercial, administrative, and medical.
He stated that the company has already acquired the necessary licenses for the project (License No. 8242023010008) and has started excavation work in anticipation of its implementation. This indicates the company’s policy to invest extensively in the project before listing it for sale, confirms its solid financial position, and is based on its understanding of the importance of maintaining delivery deadlines for customers.
Despite its difficulties, he stated, the Egyptian real estate market is highly promising due to its reputation as a secure place for investments and its capacity to endure any crisis it may encounter. He expressed gratitude to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for his support of the real estate sector.
Architect Adel Keshk, vice chairman of Emaarcom Developments, confirmed that the company was committed to the project and eager to get the most out of the units, as well as the service area and landscaping.
He stated that the project will be a landmark in the Mokattam area, as it is an area that still needs more commercial and administrative services. He noted that in previous years, the area had been looking forward to implementing a number of projects and renovating the area to suit the location and features of the region.
He made the point that the private sector was encouraged to carry out various residential, commercial, and administrative projects in a way that served the political leadership’s and government’s vision of the need to develop the region and connect it with other regions through the construction of a significant road network.
He confirmed that the company launched the project after obtaining its licenses (License No. 8242023010008) and actually started excavation and replacement work in order to start implementing the project according to the schedule set for it, which confirms the company’s vision.
